How much space does the setup require?
The hitting bay footprint is approximately 12 feet wide by 18 feet deep, with 6 feet of clearance on the sides. We fit in most ballrooms, patios, backyards, and event halls. Send us your venue and we'll confirm the fit before you book.
Does it work outdoors?
Yes — outdoor events are a great fit. We bring a canopy for shade and weather protection. For venues without easy power access we can bring a generator (add-on, $150). Outdoor events with sustained wind over 20mph may need to be rescheduled for safety.
Do guests need to know how to golf?
Not at all. Non-golfers are often the most excited — seeing your ball speed and carry distance light up a big screen is thrilling regardless of skill level. Our attendant helps first-timers with grip, stance, and basics on the spot. Kids and seniors play too.
What's your service area?
We serve the greater St. Louis metro area — St. Peters, Chesterfield, O'Fallon, Clayton, Creve Coeur, Ballwin, and surrounding communities. Events more than 50 miles from St. Peters may have a travel fee — contact us for a quote.
What's your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Rescheduling is free with 14 or more days' notice. Life happens — reach out as soon as you know and we'll do our best to work with you.
How far in advance should I book?
Corporate events and weddings on Fridays and Saturdays book 4–8 weeks out. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks ahead to lock in your date. Last-minute availability varies — just reach out and ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. BayDay Golf carries full general liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured — just let us know when booking. Most venues require this and we have it handled.
